General Information
---All of the goods on www.number1.ecrater.com we offer all original only to you with all original box, card etc..
---All of the shoes on www.number1.ecrater.com are brand new in their original packing unless otherwise noted.
---All shoes run true to size. You can order sizes 7-13 including half sizes.
---All goods must be paid in full before shipped.
Shipping / Delivery :
Shipping is now available worldwide.
Courier Shipment:
When we have received your order & payment, we will ship the shoes to you by courier. For most of orders. we need around 7 to 10 business days for delivery, the shoes will be delivered direct to your door.
The courier tracking number wil be forwarded to you for reference, you can track your order to know the up-dated information of your package.
For Container Ocean Freight Shipment:
For the order by using container shipping for delivery, it takes around 25 to 35 days since the completion date of production, it depends on the final destination of the shipping.
Coustom Issues
--We have no way to responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released; if there is Nothing we can do and you WILL NOT be offered a refund!
--All packages must be signed for. If there is no one at home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
--In some countries, there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.
